Getting To Know You
In order to appreciate your particular needs we start with a detailed questionnaire, and follow this with a personal phone call. From this we are able to give:
- Advice on Suburbs
- Help with Choosing Schools
- Advice on pre- move requirements, e.g. pets, furniture, etc.
- Planning
- Arranging short term accommodation in Sydney (either serviced apartments or hotel)
- Arranging pick up from airport if required
- Arranging hire car rental if required

Getting Started In Sydney
A 1 day or 2 half day orientation programme. This is ideal for people in Sydney for a short time who are either in the process of a corporate move or who may be thinking of relocating in the future. The service includes:
- Pick up from your temporary accommodation
- Introduction to your preferred suburbs
- Overview of schools and leisure facilities
- Rental and home purchase price guides
- Once we have established your preferred area, we will provide a comprehensive information pack. This will give you relevant information regarding the community, transport, clubs and sporting activities in addition to more general information such as; maps and guide books, sourcing cars for sale, how the medical system works and much, much more!
Getting Settled In Sydney, The Complete Package
A full house rental search and education service which comprises:
- Finding temporary accommodation, either in a serviced apartment or hotel
- Priority no.1 is finding the right school(s)
- Full advice and assistance, plus arrangement of school appointments
- Once the school(s) are chosen, we will research the local market in order to find suitable rental properties based on your criteria, budget, expectations and ultimate wish list
- One day or two half days of accompanied inspections to all short listed properties (in our experience, one day is sufficient with viewing's of up to 10 properties)
- If required, we can assist with lease documentation and lease negotiation
- We understand that many of our clients appreciate the chance to meet other new arrivals. As part of the settling in period, we will also arrange ‘get together's’ with other new arrivals, so that you can share your experiences and make new friends.
Getting Settled In Sydney, The Ultimate Corporate Relocation Package
A full school and house rental search package, plus after service which includes:
- Finding temporary accommodation, either in a serviced apartment or hotel
- Priority no.1 is finding the right school(s)
- Full advice and assistance, plus arrangement of school appointments. We would then accompany you to up to 6 different schools and help assess the viability of each in order to make the best decision for your child(ren).
- Once the school(s) are chosen, we will research the local market in order to find suitable rental properties based on your criteria, budget, expectations and ultimate wish list
- Unlimited accompanied inspections to all short listed properties within your chosen suburb
- If required, we can assist with lease documentation and lease negotiation
- Assistance with rental furniture, if required.
- Our email and telephone support after you have settled in to your new home is unlimited in order to ensure that your stay here in Sydney goes as smoothly as possible.
- We understand that many of our clients appreciate the chance to meet other new arrivals. As part of the settling in period, we will also arrange ‘get together's’ with other new arrivals, so that you can share your experiences and make new friends.
